Program Overview

Sharing ESG Values Through a Korea Incentive Experience

As part of its 2026 ESG Value-Up Program, the client brought 20 global partners from 12 cities across Taiwan to Korea for a curated incentive program. The group was primarily senior VIPs in their 40s through 70s, with the schedule centered on a headquarters welcome ceremony and ESG value exchange — not a standard leisure tour. InnerTrip Inbound was the sole operating partner, handling everything from flight ticketing to hotel logistics, ground transport, interpretation, on-site coordination, and cultural programming. Pre-trip surveys captured each participant's dietary restrictions, health conditions, and preferences, and that information was built directly into the itinerary, menus, and movement routes. Every one of the 20 participants completed the full program without incident.

Program Outcomes

Key Results

  • 01

100% group completion — zero absences, zero early withdrawals across all 20 participants

  • 02

Personalized pre-trip care plans applied to every participant based on dietary and health surveys (beef-free menus for religious observance, cardiac-sensitive meal selections, shortened routes for mobility-limited guests)

  • 03

24-hour Mandarin/Taiwanese hotline maintained throughout the program, with pre-established medical backup at five foreigner-friendly hospitals in Seoul

  • 04

Selective K-Trend program — 100% pre-matched to participant preferences (hair care / skincare / free time, by pre-survey grouping)

  • 05

Real-time group messaging channel for immediate schedule updates, headcounts, and participant support

Operations Story

Pre-Trip Individual Care for Senior VIP Guests

The participant group ranged from their 40s to their 70s — an age range where individual care is an operational standard, not an upgrade. Before departure, InnerTrip Inbound ran a full pre-trip survey for every participant, covering personal details, dietary restrictions, health history, and emergency contacts. A guest who observed Taoist dietary practices and avoided beef had every meal reviewed and adjusted in advance across the full five-day itinerary. A participant with a history of thoracic surgery received a modified meal plan and a lighter movement schedule. For a guest with a knee injury, high-footfall sections were restructured — walking distances shortened and vehicle pickup points moved closer — so they could complete the full program without strain. On the ground, a dedicated escort and Mandarin/Taiwanese-speaking guides stayed with the group from start to finish, so language was never a barrier. The result: all 20 participants completed every activity across five days, with no medical incidents and no absences.
